"Wow... I guess I always thought that an IEP [Individual Education Plan] should look like that."
"These kids should get a day off each week because they get so much accomplished every day."
"We have found an incredible change in (our son's) self esteem and confidence this year. He is very excited about going to school, is willing to try any new challenges at school and is becoming a more independent worker. We feel that much of this change is due to his participation at the Gregory School."
"Finally, a teacher that can help me learn about educating my daughter rather than me having to constantly educate the teacher."
Our Students Say...
"We do more work in one day then we did in a week at my old school. The teachers can really help you because there aren't that many students."
"The teachers are nice and helpful and they encourage us."
"There is no aggression, no fighting, violence or picking on people. The whole school gets along with each other."
Our Students' Progress...
In one school year, two 7-year-old students, each with a communication disorder, progressed from being virtually non-readers to reading end-of-grade-two level material.
In September, a grade 5 student's reading skill was at a grade-equivalent of 2.7; the following June, it was at a grade-equivalent of 5.3. Similar results were achieved for all grade 5 students in decoding, comprehension, and spelling."
